Coach Holiday Travel Insurance - UK Residents Only
We strongly recommend all clients arrange travel insurance. For your protection and peace of mind we have arranged a Special Coach Holiday Travel Insurance Scheme with AXA Insurance (UK) plc who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
We summarise below the details of the insurance cover provided which also includes International Medical Rescue - 24-hour emergency service. The following is a brief summary of the cover available. Full details of Cover, Policy Warranties and Exclusions will be forwarded with your confirmation of booking. In any event you may ask for a specimen copy of the Policy Wording before booking should you wish to examine this in advance.

Policy Excess
Loss of Deposit £10.00 increased to £30.00 for Cancellation, Medical Expenses, Curtailment, Hospital Benefit, Luggage, Personal Money & Legal Expenses.
Important
Whilst this insurance is not subject to a health warranty, Underwriters shall not be liable for claims where, at the time of taking out this insurance:
A. The Person whose condition gives rise to a claim
- is receiving, or on a waiting list for, in-patient treatment in a hospital or nursing home; or
- is expected to give birth before, or within two months of the date of arrival at home; or
- is travelling against the advice of a Medical Practitioner or for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment abroad; or
- has been given a terminal prognosis
B. The person who is insured by this policy is aware of any adverse state or health of a relative, close business associate or any person on whom the travel plans depend which subsequently causes a claim to arise.
Cooling off period
You should read you policy immediately to ensure it meets with your requirements. If for any reason it does not it must be returned to the issuer of the policy within 14 days of the date of issue or prior to travel, whichever is the sooner. Your money will be refunded in full, provided no claims have been made or incident likely to give rise to a claim has arisen. If you cancel your policy after 14 days no refund will be given.
Optional Extension - Independent Transportation and Accommodation
In the event of you cancelling you holiday for an insured reason your Coach Holiday Travel Insurance can be extended to include your Independent Transportation and Accommodation costs up to a maximum of £250. To cover this extension Insurers will require an additional charge. Please include this when completing your booking form.
The insurance premiums detailed below cover the period of you time on tour with us. If you would like to extend the period of cover to include from leaving to returning home (a maximum of 48 hours before and/or after your tour) there is a supplementary charge of £8 per person. Cancellation cover for this extension is £250.
