Our Touring Coaches

We have a working museum of the "classic" designs of coaches, which form an important part of British technological engineering and social history.

 

Our coaches range from 1949 to the present day in style. Many people assume these coaches must be uncomfortable because of their age, but it is a fact that the standard of comfort compares very favourably with "modern" vehicles. Our coaches are restored to the very high standards required by the Department of Transport.

 

What's more, all of our coaches have less than the maximum number of seats that could be fitted - offering extra legroom. You can sit back in a very comfortable seat, relax, and have time to absorb the scenery.
